A Columbia College Chicago graduate (Class of 2020—yes, that year), Syd is a certified film nerd when off the clock, often found at AMC or deep in Letterboxd, and takes Chicago dining very seriously. Living near Chinatown and Pilsen, Syd and her husband maintain an impressively detailed ranking system of the best cuisines in the city—come to her for recommendations.
