Edlong turned to Third Street with a need to elevate and separate the brand from a sea of sameness that plagues the flavor house category, and express the brand’s unique expertise in developing dairy flavor solutions where their competition cannot. To win business and win the day, Edlong had to own dairy, and own all the possibilities that best-in-class dairy ingredients can provide to their customers.
Enter “Everything Dairy Can Be,” an aspirational tagline and campaign aimed at global beverage brands. It’s designed to embrace the expertise and experience that Edlong brings to the table and put the brand’s arms around the endless possibilities that Edlong delivers.
The 360 brand refresh included a massive B2B campaign, a new tagline, visual identity, print, social, and digital creative, sales materials, content with targeted media placements, and more. We also designed a new website and proprietary interactive online tools such as Edlong’s “Flavor Finder,” which helps determine customer flavor-profile needs.
Since launch, the campaign has driven a 362% increase in social media engagement, more than doubled the brand’s web traffic, and has Edlong pacing for double-digit growth.
